Maldives Project
An innovative international project combining sustainable tourism, local food production and advanced environmental technologies. It integrates a zero-kilometre farming and fishing system based on soil-free technologies and ecological aquaculture.All food production serves guests, employees and the local market. It actively involves local communities, improving employment and quality of life. Human resource management is centralised in an ethical cooperative. The entire model is designed to be replicable in other island or remote contexts. The project complies with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Itis a new frontier of integrated, inclusive and environmentally friendly development.
